You are correct. It was Post 61. I scrolled through my posts and see that it was taken down! Of all my works, it is interesting that this is the one that was removed. I was aware Substack is more subtle in their censorship, being a smaller publication I hadn't encountered it - until now.
Furthermore, they never gave me any notice that it violated any policies or that I had any complaints. It wasn't even a very popular article!
Correction, people are being brought in from all over the world, including 2nd World Countries throughout South America, as well as countries in the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
